Our therapists will tailor each session to fit your exact needs. They may use different techniques and combine different types of massage to provide the best experience possible, but we do have two different types of massage available:
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Relax, unwind, and heal.
Deep tissue massage applies pressure to several layers of muscle, tendons, and other tissues found deep within the skin. This type of massage can relieve pain and reduce muscle stiffness. Deep tissue massages are highly therapeutic.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
A soothing, full-body massage designed to relax and rejuvenate sore muscles.
If you’re looking for relaxation, a Swedish massage is the way to go. This modality focuses on calming the body, reducing tension in the muscles, and increasing overall blood flow.
